I usually have a one day turnaround on the pictures and most of the time can handle last minute scheduling. However a couple days is preferred.
$150 for 15 images. I will spend time on the important shots like preserving scenic views and the more difficult rooms in the condo or home. This will give you the "hook" photographs to get buyers and renters interested in seeing the home but excludes some of the rooms like second to third bedrooms and baths.
Most larger homes and condos are in the $200-$300 range if you want the entire exterior of the home or condo covered. This could be anywhere from 25-50 images depending on the size of the home.
