Sometimes I think too much about how I want to compose and light a shot. One evening in Fairhope I was shooting some portraits of my niece and nephew by the bay. They were having fun just playing with each other. Instead of trying to pose them or place lights for a dramatic look at sunset, I just started to snap away, capturing them as they are. While there is very little detail in the picture, you can tell they were having fun. Just a simple photograph of kids at play.
