I have always wanted to do a surf themed photo shoot. When Alanah and I had our first photo session she mentioned she wanted to do a surf themed photo shoot. Perfect! We sent ideas and inspirations back and forth for a couple of months. In May of 2013 both of us found time to spend a couple of days on the shoot. The bulk of the shoot took place in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, and we were blessed with a great sunset at Perdido Pass. We tried to get some underwater "duck-diving" shots in Pensacola the next day but the waves were not big enough.
