I like it when subjects want to go off the beaten track and try different or unusual locations. Most of the time when people think of doing portraits in Gulf Shores they think of sand dunes, crashing waves, beach boardwalks, condos and rock jetties of the Gulf of Mexico. However, there are places on the Mobile Bay side that offer a little different look. You still get the water, but you don't have near as many sand dunes or crashing waves associated with the Gulf side. However, there are more trees and you can get a sunset over water. During the summer months the suns sets behind the sand dunes on the Gulf Side.
