My friend April wanted a portrait session taken with her mom because it has been awhile since she had some with just the two of them. At the time of the session cotton fields in Robertsdale were blooming so I made the suggestion to April that might make a good backdrop for the portraits. Her mom was excited about shooting in a cotton field so that was settled.

The session lasted about 40 minutes and we started about an hour before sunset. I used a combination of natural light and using my studio strobes to give different looks. The weather turned out great. This was a second attempt at scheduling the session as rain cancelled the first session. This was a fun shoot and the two of them kept me laughing during the shoot. It was a great shoot and even better catching up on things with a good friend.
