Pallavi was staying in Orange Beach for Spring Break and wanted some beach portraits to update her modeling portfolio. She sent me samples of what she wanted to accomplish. Based on those samples I thought the best location would be Perdido Key. However, we had strong South winds the day of the shoot and this made shooting in Perdido Key impractical. Instead, we shot on the Mobile Bay side of Gulf Shores. While we didn't get the traditional look of the Gulf with the sand dunes and crashing waves, we did manage to get a flavor of the coastal area into the portraits.
