Perdido Key Family Session with Off Camera Flash

May 20, 2016  •  Leave a Comment

This session consisted of an aunt, her sister, and her nieces while they were on vacation in Perdido Key. They were staying at the Indigo Condominiums but wanted a more natural setting for the session. We decided on shooting at Johnson Beach which has miles of beaches without a condo in site. It was an overcast day which is perfect for natural light. However, it was a grey overcast so the colors on the beach were a little dull. I decided to use off camera flash in some of the shots to give the pictures more color and more depth to the otherwise flat light.
