Destin Beach Wedding Photographer at Henderson Beach State Park-February 2014

On Friday, February 28,2014 I had the honor of photographing the Nordman wedding at the Henderson Beach State Park in Destin. This was also my first wedding working with my friend Marie T. Di Giovine. If you are looking for a wedding officiant along the Florida Panhandle, please give her a look. The ceremonies are personalized and she takes the time to get to know the couple for a unique experience for each couple.

We had great looking skies for the ceremony but it was a bit chilly. Since we were all there early, we decided to start the wedding ahead of time. I brought my portable studio lights so I could shoot against the sun. Normally I like to shoot beach weddings about an hour before sunset for the golden hour lighting but we all felt it was better to start while the weather was comfortable.
