The purple martins were busy at the Purple Martin Riviera Project at The Fairhope Pier on Sunday, June 14,2015. They have to be because their chicks are hungry and growing. Purple martins are North America's largest swallow. They start to arrive in Fairhope early Spring to raise their young and then fly back down to South America late Summer.
