Jodie is a local model and wanted to get some family shots as well as do a model shoot afterwords. The family portraits were going to end up finishing at Centennial Park in Foley which is next to the Railroad Museum. I have had in the back my mind to do an old Hollywood glamour portrait at the train station and train. Jodie agreed to the concept so after the family session she made a quick change of wardrobe.

The day of the shoot turned out to be beautiful, with a clear day and plenty of sunshine. That was important to the shoot as it provided nice backlighting that matched the hard lighting I used. With the bright day, that also meant heavy shadows which is just as important in getting look as is the light. The frame of mind we settled on was waiting for something. That turned out to be easy for Jodie as her family was wondering around the park while we shot. Jodie has a classic look and I though the shoot turned out well.
